History of Asbestosis

In the early 1877 and 1967 the production of asbestos increased as a result the disease became more prominent and common so later on ,scientists and researchers discovered the link between asbestos exposure and the disease and declared asbestos as a key factor for malignant mesothelioma.

Asbestos Cancer:

Asbestos cancer is the worst condition of the disease known as mesothelioma which is a notorious cancer. Thank God! many mesothelioma treatment  centers  like The H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center are providing good treatment facilities for the patients and some of them are dedicated to the treatment of  the disease and improved treatments are  being carried out using latest technologies and innovations

Finding the factors that determine mesothelioma cancer is very difficult so it is very hard to answer questions like "how long a patient can live?".The disease is so complicated and has long latency period  so early symptoms of mesothelioma can not be determined so it is often diagnosed in its late stages and it is hardly possible to perform prognosis of mesothelioma patient

Mesothelioma survival rate:

Researches show that the mesothelioma survivors of the younger age live longer than older patients i.e 20% chances are there for younger patients while only 1 percent older patients survive. But there are some other factors like the condition of the patient and the stage of cancer.Although,

The life expectancy for mesothelioma patients has increased because more funds are being dedicated for mesothelioma research as as a result  more advanced and sophisticated methods are being introduced to treat mesothelioma and most importantly the final stages of mesothelioma  providing hope for mesothelioma patients

survival rate of patients suffering form plueral mesothelioma is 78%.
Although, the above may vary depending on the condition of the patient and variety of other factors.

Malignant Plural Mesothelioma Disease Effects:

Although, Pleural mesothelioma cancer affects  pleura however can rapidly spread to the the other parts of the body including stomach area, external mid-section and heart.within one year of diagnosis, it is commonly deadly . In any case, understanding and perceiving key danger components, similar to asbestos introduction, will commonly prompt early discovery of the tumor. Those people who are blessed to get an early finding are prone to be more qualified forever maintaining medicines, for example, surgical resection of the tumor. This sort of treatment is effective because  it increases the number of years a patient can live

Plural Mesotheliloma Treatment:

Through tumor management and through other methods like chemotherapy, surgery and radiations the treatment is possible but there is no cure for pleural mesothelioma cancer.
